Great location on a vibrant street with many options to eat and drink. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom has a hot shower and fresh towels. The hotel staff is friendly and offers suggestions on what to see in the city.
The hotel's windows are not soundproof, which can be an issue during the night due to the noises from the street. , the cleaning of the bathroom could be improved.

Inner city location, friendly staff, close to shops and restaurants and taxis. Walking distance from Corniche.
Grubby walls, bedspreads, Rundown appearance. No restaurant or breakfast room.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, as it is very close to everything in the bustling Hamra area. You'll be within walking distance of numerous attractions and amenities.
The hotel staff can be extremely rude and unhelpful at times.

The hotel is conveniently located in the main strip, surrounded by many restaurants and bars. the room size is decent and the working hot shower is a plus.
The hotel is overpriced for what it offers. the noise from the busy street is disturbing and the windows are not soundproof.

It met my expectations considering choices available on a last minute booking on a busy weekend, its reasonably priced accomodation in a good location. I was not looking for luxury or facilities so was happy enough with my stay.
If i had paid more for the room i might have criticised the decor and that the street noise was not kept out by the windows.

It was most enjoyable because the hotel is very central and good value for money.
The carpet was a bit dirty.

The location was the best aspect of the hotel
honestly i thought Booked.net is affiliated with high quality hotel. it was not a good sta and not worth the money. the bathroom was very bad. the service was below par and we couldnt even bring our friends up to sit with us for a while. the whole experience was not worthwhile and i reccomend that Booked.net has no affiliation with this hotel.

The only good thing about the hotel is the location because it is right on Hamra, but that also makes it very noisy. The windows of the rooms don't even close so you hear all the noise. The drivers in Beirut can't drive without honking, that is what you hear all night.
I stayed here for one night because the hotel across the street, The Plaza, couldn't extend my stay for one more night because they were sold out. But the Napoli was the worst hotel I have ever stayed. I tried to leave and find other hotel, but everything in the area was sold out because it was New Years Eve weekend. The room was dirty, furniture in bad condition, walls were cracked and needed paint. There was a really weird smell in the room that made me almost sick.

Nothing, terrible hotel. The worst hotel I have ever booked using Booked.net.
Bath drainage was not working, bathroom floor was always flooded with water. Damaged walls, seems not painted since the end of the war. Bed sheets were not changed during my 5 days stay. Towels were old and they will give you 1 towel for 2 persons. Hotel has to be removed from your offer.
